This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26273 of 2024 by order dated 20.11.2024 in Para No.7(a) that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, Coimbatore on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.26273 of 2024 by order dated 20.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore on 03.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
