ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order in Crl.MP No.5063 of 2025 dated 19.09.2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruvallur.

2. The learned Magistrate has refused to relax the condition on the ground that the petitioner is having two previous cases and he is an habitual offender.
