ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.15698 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22861 of 2024 on the file of this Hon'ble Court by order dated 12.11.2024 that "the petitioner shall report before the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15698 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.22861 of 2024 dated 12.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore on 03.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
