ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "7(a) the petitioners shall report before the learned Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.OP.No.24233 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioners have complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 30 days and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.No.24233 of 2024 dated 01.10.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
