This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue patta to the petitioner based on the application No.2025/0153/06/000959 dated 18.03.2025 in respect of the property comprised in Old Survey No.30 corresponding New Town Survey No.93, situated at Parithipuram Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 18.03.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
