It is stated by the petitioner that the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 09.10.2024 has been complied with by the petitioner by paying 50% of the Demand amount on 06.12.2024 and the copy of payment receipt has also been enclosed in the additional typed set of papers.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, W.M.P.Nos.41432 and 41433 of 2024 are allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a further sum of Rs.10,000/- before the 3rd respondent within a period of two weeks from today. On payment of said sum within the time stipulated, the 3rd respondent is directed to restore the electricity service connection to the petitioner.
