This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.OP.No.26233 of 2024 dated 22.10.2024. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 26 days.
