Today this matter has been listed before this Court under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 07.10.2025 passed by this Court in the aforementioned writ petition, the cause title has been wrongly typed.

3. On perusal of records, it is found that the petitioner himself had wrongly mentioned in the writ petition.

4. Therefore, the petitioner has to file an amendment petition separately.

5. As such, no further orders are required in this writ petition.
