This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant exemption from surrender in C.A.No.286 of 2023 passed by the learned I Additional District Judge, Coimbatore dated 20.09.2024, confirming the judgement of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Mettupalayam in SC.No.250 of 2017 dated 16.08.2023.

2.Today, this Court suspended the sentence of both the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.17983 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.2325 of 2024. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed with respect to the first petitioner, as he has surrendered before the court, and allowed with respect to the second petitioner.
