ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition "that the petitioner shall report before the Kaveripakkam Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders; in Crl.O.P.No.23432 of 2025 order dated 25.08.2025. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required.
