ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.7(a) in Crl.O.P.No. 20141 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 20141 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025 for the offences u/s.303(2), 326(a) of BNS Act, in Crime

No. 100 of 2025 with certain conditions. The learned Counsel further submits that the petitioner was unable to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.100 of 2025 imposed by this Court.

3.Heard both sides.

4. On perusal of records, it reveals that the petitioner had transported huge quantity i.e., (8) units of river sand using TATA lorry bearing Registration No.TN-23-BB-0326 without any valid licence from the Government of Tamil Nadu. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed by this Court in Para No.7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.20141 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025. However, this Court is inclined to extend one week time to the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.7(a) in Crl.O.P.No. 20141 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 14-10-2025 MSM To 1.The Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore.
