This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 26.11.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.29488 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 5(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.29488 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
