ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having disobeyed the order dated 04.04.2024 of this Court in WP.No.20823 of 2022, thereby directed the second respondent herein to register FIR on the complaint lodged by the first respondent herein, if any cognizable offence is made, and to proceed in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the second respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, FIR has been registered in crime No.92 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent herein.
