This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to direct the 3rd respondent, to de-freeze the petitioner's Current A/c No.032463400002407.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents Police, submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 have not asked the Bank/R3 to freeze the account of the petitioner. He further submitted that he understands that based on the request of the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (NCRP), the petitioner's bank account has been frozen.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition by impleading the NCRP.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition by impleading the NCRP. 12.12.2025 ksa-2 To
