Learned counsel representing the Resolution Professional for the petitioner company submits that the committee of creditors before the NCLT have submitted a resolution plan, which is subject to the approval by the NCLT. He would also submit that NCLT is seized of the matter as they are hearing an appeal filed as against the interim order, which prevents the NCLT from passing final orders in the resolution plan submitted by the committee of creditors. He would submit that the NCLAT has reserved the matter for pronouncement of orders in the said appeal.

To await the outcome of the NCLAT, post the matter on 04.06.2025.
