O R D E R

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to give police protection to the petitioner and her family members based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.09.2025 and also to take action against the private respondents herein.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the suit filed by the private respondents was decreed in favour of the petitioner, the first appeal was decreed in favor of the private respondents. Against which, the petitioner preferred a second appeal before this Court and the same was also dismissed against the petitioner. Hence, challenging the same, the petitioner has filed a Review Petition before this Court and the same is pending. While so, the private respondents have filed an execution petition and tried to put up a construction in the subject property and when the same was questioned, they abused the petitioner and her husband with filthy language and also attacked with iron road. In this regard, the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent police. However, no action has been taken. Hence, the present petition is filed.

3. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is made clear that if at all there is any violation of decree, it is well open to execute the decree in the manner known to law and there is no 2/4

bar under the law to execute the decree merely because the review petition is pending. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. 10.10.2025 ksa-2 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order To
