This Criminal Original Petition is filed praying to direct the respondents to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.10.2022 in pursuant to the order dated 03.02.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.605 of 2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur and to file a report within a time period that may be stipulated by this Court.
