This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 347 days in filing this Writ Appeal challenging the W.P.No.17092 of 2022 dated 18.12.2023.

2.Mr.K.Arunagiri, learned counsel, who entered appearance for the respondent has no objection in the petition being allowed.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 347 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
