The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 03.09.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21453 of 2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Dindigul Town West Police Station, everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Dindigul Town West Police Station, on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly.
