The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioners in the order of this court dated 14.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27873 of 2024, that the petitioners shall stay at Perambalur and report before the Perambalur Police Station, everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, and the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly.
