ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicants to implead the proposed respondents as 6th to 12th respondents in the main Original Petition.

2. Already notice served. None appeared on behalf of the proposed parties.

3. According to the applicants, they are the petitioners in the main petition and they filed the main petition for the grant of Letters of Administration. At the time of filing of the main petition, they failed to implead the respondents 6 to 12 and they are also the proper and necessary parties to the main petition. Therefore, they filed this application.

5. Considering the above-said reasons stated in the affidavit and the respondents 6 to 12 are also the proper and necessary parties, this application is allowed.

6. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and post the matter on 04.12.2025.

7. Further, the learned counsel for the applicants filed a memo that the 12th respondent died during the pendency of the main Original Petition. The 12th respondent is only a formal party, and the legal heirs of the 12th respondent are already on record in the petition. Therefore, no any steps are required as against the 12th respondent.
