ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "6(a)the petitioner shall report before the respondent police until further orders" in Crl.OP.No.26892 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 28 days and investigation is pending in this matter. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26892 of 2024 dated

28.10.2024 in para No.6(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and third Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
