A.No.4958 of 2025 is filed seeking separate trial of Tr.C.S.No.1 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to the application being allowed.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, A.No.4958 of 2025 is allowed and both the suits in Tr.C.S.No.1 of 2020 and C.S.No.257 of 2013 are ordered to be de-tagged and listed separately after two weeks. The records in Tr.C.S.No.1 of 2020 are ordered to be sent back to the learned Additional Master - IV for recording evidence. The parties are required to appear before the learned Additional Master - IV on 23.10.2025.
