ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.20806 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20806 of 2024 on 29.08.2024 in 6(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madhavaram on 06.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Court concerned.
