Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in C.M.P.No.72/Goonda/2024/M(1) dated 17.11.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents to produce the detenu, namely, Thiru.Sridhar, aged 19 years, S/o Gopal, now illegally confined at Central Prison, Salem, Salem District before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
