None appears for the petitioner. Even on the last occasion, there was no appearance for the petitioner. It was informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the junior counsel for the 2nd respondent that he is no longer reporting the petitioner and the dispute between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent had been settled. Therefore, this Court directs the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent to file an affidavit to that effect.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent filed an affidavit along with the letter dated 05.02.2016 sent to the 2nd respondent.

3. In the light of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
