This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the 2nd respondent's address in the cause title as "No.42, Bharathi Avenue, 2nd Street, Kottur, Chennai - 600 085" instead of "No.44/55, Ellaiamman Koil Street, Kotturpuram, Chennai - 600 085", in Cr.O.P.No.25609 of 2025.

2. Heard Mr.C.P.Sivamohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the address of the second respondent wherever required in Criminal Original Petition and list the same on 13.11.2025.
