PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose the representation made by petitioner on 26.06.2024 and 09.07.2024 to cancel the patta issued in the name of E.Arun illegally within a time frame.

ORDER

Petitioner seeks limited relief of seeking disposal of the representation made on 26.06.2024 and renewed on 09.07.2024 for cancelling the patta issued in the name of the third respondent within a time frame. As the same has not been considered to date, the petitioner is before this Court.

2.Considering the above and taking note of the fact that the respondents 1 and 2 have not performed their statutory duty, a mandamus is issued directing respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2024 and 09.07.2024 after issuing due notice to the petitioner and the third respondent hearing their objections in person and thereafter passing speaking orders. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed with the above directions. No costs.
