(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Mr.C.Prabakaran undertakes to file vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos.5 to 8 and 10 to 15.

2. Mr.Ranjith Kumar for petitioner states that in view of the affidavit of respondent No.3, filed through Ms.Mayakrishnan and affirmed on 02.04.2025, technically nothing will survive in the petition. At the same time, Mr.Ranjith Kumar states that respondent Nos.1 to 4 be directed to complete the process in a time bound manner.

3. Mr.Prabakar states within 8 weeks the process will be concluded in accordance with law. Statement accepted.
