This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.684 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/police on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.684 of 2024, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee on 03.01.2025.

4. Since the charge sheet has been filed before the magistrate concerned, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition has

become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
