ORDER

The order, dated 13.02.2024, which is the subject of this contempt petition, has been assailed in W.A.No.3725 of 2025 on the file of this Court and a Division Bench of this Court has granted interim stay and referred the matter to Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of settlement between the parties.

2. In the light of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed, preserving the liberty to the petitioner to revive this Contempt Petition, subject to the outcome of the abovesaid Writ Appeal.
