2. Since the writ petition has already been dismissed as against the first respondent by order dated 21.12.2009, unless the writ petition is restored as against the first respondent, the same cannot be heard by hearing the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent alone, which is the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal. Therefore, the writ petition as against the second respondent also is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to file application for restoration of the writ petition against both the respondents. If such application is filed, the Registry is directed to entertain the same, without insisting for any condonation delay petition and list before this Court for orders. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
