CMP.No.1389 of 2025 has been filed seeking grant of leave to the petitioner in filing this revision.

CMP.No.1390 of 2025 has been filed to accept the cause-title in the above revision.

2. Considering the fact that the property has been sold in the year 1968 and 1969 and the plaintiff in O.S.No.840 of 1994 is also made as a party in the sale deed. Thereafter, the suit has been filed in the year 1994 against the father and other brothers and the suit has been decreed exparte without any discussion. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has also acquired the title through the original vendor who has acquired the property in the years 1968 & 1969. This Court is of the view that it is a fit case, where leave has to be granted.
