This petition is filed to condone the delay of 125 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.Vinod K, learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite notice having been served upon the first respondent, none appears before this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants to give up the second respondent, being the owner of the vehicle, in the appeal as a contesting respondent.

The said endorsement is taken on record, based on which, the second respondent is removed from the array of parties.

The delay is only 125 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 125 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
