This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 270 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 11.01.2024 in S.S.C.No.100 of 2023 before the Special Judge (under the POCSO Act, 2012, Puducherry).

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
