ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. In view of the order that this Court proposes to pass and also the limited relief that is sought to be granted, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.
2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus, challenging the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.9836/2022/A4 dated 14.03.2023 and to quash the same and to rectify the defects in the UDR Patta in Patta Nos.4, 170 and 87 with regard to extent of 1.10 cents to each of the Pattadar's.
3. After submitting for a brief while, the learned representing counsel for petitioner would submit that they seeks liberty of this Court to approach the civil Court as well as to avail any open remedy that may be available to them before any 2/5
of the statutory authorities.
4. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has to approach the civil Court for the appropriate relief.
5. In view thereof, this writ petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. All rights and contentions are left open. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned authority to consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law.
