When the writ petition was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner along with two others had filed an earlier writ petition in W.P.No.8185 of 2015 with the very same prayer and this writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 17.12.2018. On coming to know of this fact, this Court expressed its mind that this writ petition will have to be dismissed on the ground of suppression of facts. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the counsel on record will withdraw this writ petition and he will file a fresh writ petition by making all the necessary averments along with all the relevant records.
