2. Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent, Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for respondents 2 and 3 and Mr.Thenrajan, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 4 and 5, who have no objection to the petition being allowed.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner herein shall be impleaded as respondent No.6 in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Habeas Corpus Petition.
