This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24661 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 viz., the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the final report has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.134 of 2024, pending on the file of the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore and the next hearing date is 09.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.24661 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Cuddalore on 09.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
