ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for POCSO Case, Cuddalore on every working day at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.OP.No.22132 of 2024 dated 09.09.2024. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 49 days. He would further submit that on completion of investigation, a final report has been filed before the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Cuddalore and the next hearing date is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

on 27.12.2024.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22132 of 2024 on 09.09.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Cuddalore on 27.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.
