Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents herein more particularly the 1st, 2nd & 5th Respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2025 and accordingly direct 1 to 5 Respondents to remove the construction put up by the 6th & 7th Respondent without obtaining building permit/prior planning approval in Plot No.5 comprised in S.No.356/Part to an extent of 1800-Sq.ft at Vilakuruchi Village, Coimbatore Taluk well within the limit of the Coimbatore Corporation. 2. We can only say that this petition is frivolous. Parties have already taken recourse to the remedy of filing suit. Leaving it open for petitioner to work out his remedy in the pending civil suit, petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim application is also dismissed.
