ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 194(3) of BNS altered sections 108, 49, 85 of BNS (174(3) CR.P.C @ 306, 109, 498A in Crime No. 148 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.This Court earlier dismissed the bail application filed by the petitioners on the following reasons;

"5.Considering the fact that the petitioners have committed dowry harassment and abatement of suicide, due to the same, the third daughter of the defacto complainant was lying dead in the Thamaraikulam pond nearby the house of Veeramani, and also considering the gravity of the offences, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners." 3.In view of the above, this petition has been filed without any change in circumstances. Hence I am not inclined to revisit the earlier order passed by this Court. According, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 03-11-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order mpa
