C O M M O N O R D E R These civil revision petitions seek for expeditious disposal of I.A.Nos.2 of 2020 & 3 of 2021 in O.S.No.769 of 2019 on the file of the learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 21.12.2024, I called for a report from the learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to state as to how long he requires to dispose of I.A.Nos.2 of 2020 & 3 of 2021 in O.S.No.769 of 2019.

3. The learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore has sent a report stating that I.A.No.2 of 2020 has been presented for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner and the plaintiff has filed a counter in that application. I.A.No.3 of 2021 has been presented for a direction to the plaintiff to pay the Court fees. No counter has been filed in that application so far. The report further states that the interlocutory applications and the suit have been posted on 29.01.2025. Therefore, he requests one month time to dispose of those applications. 3/5

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A.Nos.2 of 2020 & 3 of 2021 in O.S.No.769 of 2019 on or before 28.02.2025.
