ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to sanction and award Selection Grade and Special Grade to the Petitioner in the post of Primary School Headmaster by reckoning and computing the petitioner's service rendered in the cadres of Secondary Grade Teacher and Primary School Headmaster with all consequential and other monetary benefits including arrears of salary by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 09.12.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal today at the admission stage itself.
3. Though a larger prayer has been sought for, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a specified period fixed by this Court.
4. Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader (E) takes notice for the respondents and would submit that the 3rd respondent who is the competent authority may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.12.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
