ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the appeal petition submitted by the petitioner, dated 09.11.2022 for revocation of the order of removal from service issued by the 2nd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.2378/Aa2/2018, dated 16.07.2021 and to reinstate the petitioner into service, with all consequential and other attendant benefits, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal today at the admission stage itself.

3. Though a larger prayer has been sought, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if the 1st respondent is directed to consider the appeal petition filed by the petitioner, dated 09.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified period.

4. Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader (E) takes notice for the respondents and submits that she is not aware as to whether the appeal petition has been disposed of or not.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the

appeal petition submitted by the petitioner, dated 09.11.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
