This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to allot to the petitioner a seat for M.C.H. (Surgical Oncology) Course in the Higher Specialty Course for 2004-2005 in the Adyar Cancer Institute, Chennai, or in any other Government Institution.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the third respondent is present. When the matter was called on 05.07.2017 and 10.07.2017, as well as today, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
