This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1136 of 2024 from 2nd respondent to CCB-CBCID or to some other agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The second respondent Police is directed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.1136 of 2024 and file a charge sheet within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
