ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble R.Subramanian J.) This application has been filed seeking to vacate the interim stay granted on 19.11.2024.

2. The Division Bench has only stayed passing of final orders, the other disciplinary proceedings have been directed to go on.

3. The process of removal of a President under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act involves a detailed procedure to be followed and considering that alone, the Division Bench has directed disciplinary proceedings to go on and no final orders should be passed.

4. We therefore see no reason to vacate the interim order. The petition for vacating interim order is dismissed.

5. The Registry is directed to list the Writ Appeal for hearing on
