This petition has been filed to order substituted service for respondents 2 to 4 in Tamil Newspaper and English Newspaper.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to effect substituted service on the respondents 2 to 4 by way of paper publication by mentioning the next date of hearing as 03.01.2025, in anyone of the most read Vernacular Daily, which is circulated throughout the State of Tamil Nadu, on or before 28.12.2024 and file a proof of service before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.

4. For filing proof of service, post on 03.01.2025.
