ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21686 of 2025 dated 04.08.2025, passed by this Court to report before the Trial Court on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am and on all hearing dates without fail until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21686 of 2025 dated 04.08.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
